Have a complaint to the regulator about them. I briefly said that they were slow, did not respond to emails and phone calls, and did not take the time to read the application properly. They actively obstructed my claim and slapped behind the “unknown policy”, they also made no concessions or listened to concerns. You can never talk to a person, let alone meet someone to discuss your case, we tried that, but they didn`t even acknowledge that request.
