15. No person may refuse to comply with posted parking signs or reasonable instructions from a parking officer. 13. No person shall engage in conduct that interferes with or interferes with the normal operation of City parking stores or a tenant of a City parking store, or that interferes with employees or visitors to City parking garages, including, but not limited to, conduct that involves the use of offensive or threatening language or gestures, conduct that causes unreasonable noise; or behaviour that consists of noisy or noisy physical behaviour. 6. No person may post or display pamphlets, pamphlets or posters of any kind in City parking garages without the permission of the City of Portland. 12. It is forbidden to smoke or wear bright smoking rooms in the elevator or in a closed part of municipal car parks. b.
Suburban properties that had an occupancy rate of 98% or higher in the most recent Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) survey, except that the sale of mobile food may be permitted in these parking lots, (i) if a paved area whose use does not or no longer includes parking spaces or blocks one or more parking spaces is available in the property; (ii) where the vending machine is manufactured by a non-motorised car on pavements, provided that the vehicle used to transport the car is not parked in the suburban car park; or (iii) weekends. 11. No one may use City car parks and/or their structures and furniture, including but not limited to walls, railings, ramps, stairs or ventilation devices, in any manner for which they were not intended, including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, lying down, kneeling, skating or skateboarding. 2. Any person who provides security services in the City`s parking garage under contract with the City or with a person, firm or entity that manages the City`s parking lots or properties leased by the City on behalf of the City; and/or (Added by Decree No. 185351, which entered into force on 22 June 2012.) The department head of the Commercial Transportation Services Office has the authority to develop and enforce codes of conduct for municipal parking garages and to require all persons to comply with the code of conduct. Municipal parking lots include all public or private real property, as well as buildings, structures and facilities within it, that are under the jurisdiction of the City for parking purposes and include all land made available to the City for those purposes. Any person who does not comply with the rules of conduct for municipal car parks or the appropriate instructions of the person in charge may be excluded in accordance with the provisions of this article.
4. No one may use the city`s car parks for accommodation or camping purposes, including but not limited to sleeping, bathing, cooking or going to the toilet. 5. No one may deface, damage or destroy municipal car parks. 14. No one may disturb the free passage of the customer or employees of the City Car Parks, including, but not limited to, parking items such as bicycles, backpacks, trolleys or other items in a manner that interferes with free passage. B. No vehicle may be parked in such a way as to occupy more than one parking space. (2) No person shall enter or stay in a city parking lot for any purpose other than parking or collecting a motor vehicle or to do business with a commercial tenant. J.
Except as permitted by the conditions of a land use permit issued to a street vendor of food, no person shall light, light or use fires in that area. 2. The Mobile Food Sales Permit is granted through a Land Use Permit issued to the Mobile Food Vendor under the Land Use Permits Ordinances (24VAC30-151). (1) The exclusion shall be given in writing to the excluded person and signed by the person in charge. It shall indicate the dates and places of exclusion. It shall include an indication of the consequences of non-compliance with the exclusion notice and information on the right to appeal against the exclusion. G. No threatening, offensive, impetuous, offensive or indecent language or gesture may be used in this area; In addition, no speech or other public demonstration may take place without the authorization of the Commissioner. 7. No person shall engage in sexual acts within the meaning of paragraph 10 of the RHA.
f. The mobile food vendor may not advertise inside or on the premises of the suburban property. Advertising on the mobile food sales unit (vehicle, trailer or wheelbarrow) promoting the products or services offered by the mobile food vendor in that mobile food sales unit is not considered a violation of this section. 1. No person may violate any federal, state, or municipal law. 8. With the exception of approved events in the City of Portland, it is prohibited to possess an open container of liquor or to consume alcoholic beverages. c. Post signs or public notices setting out rules or requirements for the use of parking areas for commuters. 3. Any person expressly designated in writing as responsible by the competent commissioner of the tourist office or by the head of the transport service.
