Apple may limit warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country in which Apple or its authorized resellers originally sold the Apple product. Only Apple or an AASP should perform the service for iPhone or iPad products. Due to the popularity and/or delivery restrictions of some of our products, Apple may limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we will build them as quickly as possible. Apple reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed an order, provided that Apple has not yet accepted your order. Your consumer rights for goods purchased in the UK are in addition to your rights under the Apple Limited Warranty and the optional AppleCare or AppleCare+ Protection Plan. Except for the consumer rights to which you are entitled, as set forth at the beginning of this document, all warranties, conditions and other conditions not set forth in this warranty document are excluded from Apple`s one-year limited warranty. Some countries do not allow limitations on the duration of these implied warranties, conditions and/or terms, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. For all Service Orders, Apple warrants that (1) the Services provided will be as described for ninety (90) days from the date of Maintenance, (2) with the exception of batteries described in the subsection below, all parts or products used in the Service will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of Maintenance. and (3) Batteries installed as part of Apple`s battery replacement service for Apple`s mac laptops will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of maintenance.

This warranty is an express limited warranty. If, during the applicable warranty period, non-conforming service is provided or if a defect occurs in a spare part or product, Apple shall, in its sole discretion, either (a) rerun the Services to conform to its description, (b) repair or replace the part or product, using new or new parts or products or equivalent in terms of performance and reliability. or (c) refund any amounts paid to Apple for the Service. This warranty does not apply to non-Apple hardware or software products, even if packaged or sold with Apple hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers or publishers, with the exception of Apple, may provide you with their own warranties – please contact them for more information. Software distributed by Apple with or without the Apple brand (including, but not limited to, system software) is not covered by this warranty. Apple does not warrant that the operation of the Apple Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Apple is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use of the Apple Product.
